Ofsted Reports

We are delighted to be able to share with you the report from our most recent Ofsted Inspection that took place on 24th April 2024. The inspection found that Eton Porny C of E First School continues to be a good school.

Maggie Waller, our Chair of Governors commented:  “This inspection was a Section 8 inspection, which aims to confirm an already good school’s continued performance.  Therefore, the report is much shorter in length than our previous full Section 5 inspection report back in October 2018.  The governors are incredibly proud of the passion and commitment of the whole staff team, and are delighted to see the high aspirations and standards reflected in the report.  It is also worth noting that the verbal feedback from the inspectors to governors and senior leaders regularly referred to the school as exceptional, and reinforced our many continued strengths that are not written about in this more focused, shorter written feedback.”

The full report can be accessed below, but some of the highlights include;

'Throughout the school, there is a real sense that everyone wants to be here.'
